Admit Your Situation
- Admit you are a sinner. Romans 3:23 “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”
Believe In Jesus
- Believe Jesus Christ died for you. John 1:12 “Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God.”
- Here is a simple prayer: Heavenly Father, I have lived without giving much thought to the purpose You have for my Life. I admit that I have sinned against You. I am sorry for my sin and I trust You to forgive me. Come into my life and help me to live for you and fulfill the purpose you have for my life. I place my faith in Jesus Christ as my Savior and I want to follow Him. I do not deserve this, but I accept your offer of eternal life. Thank you for this gift. Amen
Confess It
- Confess Jesus Christ is the Lord of your life. Romans 10:9-10 “That if you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.”
Pray: “Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. Help me trust you and follow You as my Lord and Savior from this day forward.’
